About Meridian

Founded in October of 2007, Meridian is changing rehab in skilled nursing facilities. Realizing that we serve two clients simultaneously, both the skilled nursing facility and resident, we understand that different measures must be used to meet the very different needs of both clients. Meridian currently does business in four states at 13 different skilled nursing facilities (AZ, MN, UT, and NE). Meridian believes that it isn't what you do as a therapist, but its how you go about doing it. People lives are affected everyday by the little choices that others make that both help and promote happiness.

Members of the Meridian family have been given the opportunity to improve the quality of life for each resident they treat. HONESTY

We expect employees to be true to themselves and to work with honesty. We should never have to be reminded that honesty is the best policy. Mistakes can be tolerated and even fixed; lies cut deep and often are never fully repaired. Be honest. "Give an honest day's work for an honest day's pay."

INTEGRITY

Success can not always be measured by the accumulation of wealth, number of friends or size of a home. True success is measured by the type of person that people remember you to be. Meridian knows that individuals that posses personal integrity will always be remembered. Integrity can be defined differently by many different people but Meridian maintains that integrity means making the right choice or action, even when no one is watching. Personal integrity is what allows us to trust others in this world. We should consistently act in such a way that we would not be ashamed if someone is watching.

LOYALTY

One employee cannot meet our residents' needs alone. We succeed in providing the highest quality of care when we work together as a team. Teamwork requires trust and interdependence, which in turn requires loyalty. The employees that are most respected and valued are those who are loyal first to those they care for and second, to their fellow employees. Loyalty is exuded when we always strive to help each resident return to the highest quality of life and always keep in mind their best interests, even if this means not meeting our own personal goals.

TRUST

Trust is the glue that binds relationships. We encourage open and candid communication that remains professional and constructive. We praise in public and critique in private. We support one another in our mutual effort to continually improve resident services.
